Leverage the Power of Praesidium Academy

Considerations for Praesidium Academy account structure

Sublicense

Sublicenses

The power behind the system is within the sublicense structure.
Think of a sublicense as a bucket or group of users. A sublicense can fit and live on any level or tier within your organization's structure.

EXAMPLES
LOCATIONS | VOLUNTEERS | STAFF | LEADERSHIP
PROGRAMS | CLERGY | ADMINISTRATION

HOW SUBLICENSES ARE USED

ACCOUNT ORGANIZATION

Keeping the sublicense structure as simple as possible is key. The more complex your setup is, the more time it will take to utilize some system functions.

USER HISTORY / ADMIN

Sublicenses can be used to keep groups of people together based on a commonality, such as location, program, or activity type. This allows admins in larger organizations to see anyone under them but not across all groups.

Example: If you have admins at multiple locations that should only see the users at their specific location, you might consider a separate sublicense for each location.

CONTENT PROVISIONING

Courses can be assigned by sublicense. Consider who needs to take what courses, and if those differ greatly, sublicenses can be customized by the Praesidium team for a fee.

Example: If all employees need the same courses regardless of location, it's best to keep the setup simple and include all employees on one sublicense.

Consideration

Setup Fees

Fee structure is predominantly related to the number of sublicenses

5 sublicense = $750 Set-up fee
up to 100 = $1500 Set-up fee

Standard Sublicense Set-Ups

Location Based

This setup includes one sublicense for each location. There are no sublicense groups under any location.

This example has
3 sublicenses.

Benefits:
+ Each location can have its own admin
+ Content can be provisioned/assigned each sublicense that is appropriate for employees or volunteers

Considerations:
- In order to provision content based on sublicense there will be a $100 fee per sublicense

This example has 14 sublicenses.

Benefits:
+ Each location can have its own admin
+ Content can be provisioned/assigned each sublicense that is appropriate for employees or volunteers
+ Organization admin can report on all locations, all volunteers, or all employees

Considerations:
